Hello, my name isLlewellyn Roby. I am a31 yr. Old man with two kids and a disability, I had a near fatal car accident in 1996 and since then I have struggled through lifes obstacles. I have been judged, made fun oof, and treated as an outcast to the city I stay in. I still don't have my own place to stay we stay with a couple here in Ozark, AL. I don't know what to do. I'm waiting on disability but that seems like its taking to long. I don't know where to turn for help. Please help me Mrs. Winfrey.

WELL I AM A BELEIVER BUT BY THE GRACE OF GOD ,IF I HAD TO ASKED OPRAH FOR 1 OF 2 WISHIS 1 WOULD BE A CAR FOR A SINGLE PARENT LIKE MYSELF THAT JUST SUFFERED SEVERAL LOSES,MY BROTHER NOV,2010...MY KIDS FATHER N OCT,2011 & MY SISTER INLAW 2 DAYS AFTER MY KIDS FATHER PASSED. IT HAS BEEN VERY,VERY HARD ON ME ASWELL FOR MY KIDS IF THEIR IS AN (ANGLE) OF HOPE I SURLY COULD USE HER HELP RIGHT NOW.BLESSINGS DO THEY REALLY COME TRUE OPRAH? MY CAR IS NOT WORKING DON'T HAVE MONEY TO BUY A NEW ONE THE CARS I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BUY HAVE ALL BEEN BUCKETS. MY KIDS ALWAYS SAYING TO ME MOM CAN YOU GET A SUV,MY REPLY TO THEM OH BABES I WISH I COULD BUT I HAVE TO PAY THIS, THAT, THEE, AND THEE OTHER AT TIMES I BREAK DOWN I WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A NEW CAR JUST SEEING THEM HAPPY WILL MAKE MY HAPPIER.
I was wondering if Oprah helped people who are in finiancial and medical needs? Our friends have no income as he has filed for disability and his wife is not able to work either. I try to help but my husband and I are on disability and we can barely scrape by ourselves. I have no health insurance until June when my medicare comes in and they have no insurance and really need medical attention alot as she has epilepsy and he has mental and physical problems. He was a minister and he is also our daughter-in-laws father. We are all poor, just scraping by and I know she is a nice lady and has helped people so I was praying that there was something she could do for us. Thank you for your time.
Slowly, sinking further into darkness, my grip weakens. Notifications plastered to my front door prevent me from hiding it anymore. Society has branded me a failure and continues to humiliate me. I tell myself to be strong and keep trying but unless Oprah coming or I win the lottery my chances are few. Though its that hope alone that takes me through another day. I will look at those who like myself tried but failed in a new light. Our existance may not make it to the society pages of the daily news but each of us is the same as those who have.
